Sales Support Specialist

to join our International Sales Department in

Abrera / Martorell (Barcelona).

What you will do Provide administrative support to the Export Sales team. Process customer orders and manage order entry in our ERP system. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation. Handle customer and distributor inquiries via email and phone. Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer requests. Coordinate with logistics, production, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order processing. Assist with pricing, discounts, and commercial documentation. Support after-sales activities and help resolve customer issues.

What we are looking for Fluent English (C1 / Business level) – essential, as it is used daily. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial administration is an advantage. Experience working with ERP systems is a plus. Technical knowledge is

Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Friday 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (continuous shift) Summer Schedule (June, July & August) Continuous morning shift.
