Our client is a well-established international construction and engineering group operating across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. They deliver complex projects in infrastructure, energy, rail, and building sectors with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation.

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Manage reporting systems, coordinate team meetings and oversee package management
  • \n
  • Support the Contracts or Project Manager in delivering construction and design projects
  • \n
  • Act as a role model for operatives by demonstrating leadership and professionalism
  • \n
  • Take a proactive role in HSE management, driving continuous improvement
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, risk management, and quality standards
  • \n
  • Assist with project delivery teams to maintain consistency with client expectations
  • \n
  • Draft and review risk assessments and RAMS with senior managers
  • \n
  • Drive adherence to HSEQ plans and ensure safe systems of work onsite
  • \n
Must-have Requirements\n
    \n
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Construction or Engineering
  • \n
  • IOSH or similar health and safety management qualification
  • \n
  • Training in temporary works, excavation safety, and lifting/crane operations
  • \n
  • Knowledge of permitting for live energy works
  • \n
  • Awareness of working at heights and scaffolding safety
  • \n
  • BIM fundamentals and other HSEQ training as required
  • \n
Nice-to-have Skills\n
    \n
  • Working towards professional chartership (CIOB, CPEng, MICE)
  • \n
  • Diploma in Building and Construction
  • \n
