Description - What You Will Be Responsible For Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests across various disciplines-chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-adhering to established protocols. Evaluate results carefully for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of lab equipment. Assist with specimen collection when necessary and prepare samples for testing.

Thoroughly document all procedures, contribute to training programs for new team members, and help maintain stringent lab quality standards. Ensure a clean and secure work environment while following all regulatory and accreditation guidelines. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health degree with eligibility for ASCP / AMT certification.

Certifications Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire. Keep your certification current throughout your employment. Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare teams.
