Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India for an Artist Manager. The Artist Manager will oversee the careers of artists, enhance show oppurtunities, negotiate deals, arrange collaborations, coordinate schedules, and secure opportunities to enhance artists’ exposure. Responsibilities also include building relationships with industry professionals, managing marketing strategies, ensuring smooth communication between clients and stakeholders, and handling administrative tasks such as budgeting and financial planning.

The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to deliver outstanding artist representation and development.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules, tasks, and projects effectively
• Negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders
• Marketing and business development skills
• Experience in budget management and financial planning
• Understanding of the music and entertainment industry.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Music Management, or related fields ( optional)
• Previous experience in talent management or the music industry.
