As an ARGO Developer within PNC's Check Modernization and Teller organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH or Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL or Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and support ARGO Teller capabilities, including analysis and delivery of enhancements and defect fixes. Participate in modernization efforts, including assessment of moving from legacy/desktop implementations toward modern/web or vendor-hosted solutions.

Collaborate with architects, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements, document solutions, and support implementation planning. Support integration needs and technical design discussions for implementation and reuse of existing components where applicable. Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.

Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Writes code, tests and deploys software. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software.

Maintains and debugs software. Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience developing or supporting ARGO Teller / ARGO platform solutions. Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals (design, development, testing, and support).

Experience working in an Agile delivery model with cross-functional partners (engineering, QA, architecture). Experience with financial data handling, auditability, and traceability. Familiarity with integration of downstream check processing, X9s, etc.

Preferred Qualifications Experience participating in vendor implementation/architecture working sessions and technical discovery activities. Experience evaluating out-of-the-box vendor functionality versus customizations and documenting recommendations. Strong communication skills.

Software / Tooling Requirements ARGO Customization Tool version 11.2+ Microsoft SQL Server 2019 IBM MQ 9.4.3.1 Bitbucket GitHub Jira Pay Transparency Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $172,250.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
