Area Supervisor / Multi-Unit Manager - Quick Service Restaurant

Job Description Job Description About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Area Supervisor / Multi-Unit Manager to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurant locations throughout the Philadelphia and Camden markets. Key Responsibilities Multi-Unit Operations Provide leadership and operational oversight for 3-4 restaurant locations. Ensure each restaurant consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial performance. Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and brand execution.

Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement action plans to achieve performance goals. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams. Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support. Develop succession plans and prepare future restaurant leaders for advancement. Financial Performance Monitor sales, labor, food cost, profitability, and key operational metrics.

Analyze restaurant performance and implement strategies to improve financial results. Ensure restaurants meet or exceed budget and performance expectations. Partner with restaurant leadership to drive sustainable business growth.

Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with company operating standards, food safety regulations, and health department requirements. Support new initiatives, operational programs, and company objectives. Maintain consistent execution across all assigned restaurants.

Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of General Manager experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or Fast Casual environment. Previous multi-unit management experience preferred; strong General Managers with demonstrated leadership success are encouraged to apply. Proven experience managing restaurant operations, labor, food cost, and profitability.

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations.

Must reside within approximately one hour of the Philadelphia/Camden market.
