Présentation du poste :

As part of a job creation, we are looking for an Area Service Technician (M/F) based in Poland.

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Delivery and commissioning of equipment.
• On-site interventions at customer locations for warranty claims.
• Troubleshooting and repairs.
• Providing technical expertise.
• User training and first-level maintenance at customer sites.
• Activity-related reporting (intervention and closure reports, customer responses, etc.).
• Implementation of service bulletins.

Profil recherché :

Your assets to succeed:

With a higher education background in maintenance/electrical engineering, you have at least 3 years' experience in an industrial environment.

You have strong technical and troubleshooting skills, as well as knowledge in the following areas:

• Mechanics
• Electrical engineering
• Hydraulics
• Automation (CANbus knowledge appreciated)
• Refrigeration / Air conditioning

As a true TLD ambassador, you have a genuine sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.

Fluency in both English and Polish is essential for this position.

Your autonomy, technical knowledge, energy and rigor will be key assets to grow in this role.

We will support you by training you on our products and tools.

Training sessions will be held in our European plants (France, Belgium and the United Kingdom).

Compensation package:

Fixed salary based on your profile.

Retention Bonus: after 5 years and then 7 years with TLD as an Area Service Technician, you will receive €7,500, then €1,500 per year from your 8th year onwards.
