Role Description

The Area Sales Manager - Personal Care is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing and growing regional sales channels, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets in the personal care sector.

The candidate will be responsible for market analysis, customer engagement, and leading a sales team to achieve business growth. Additional responsibilities include monitoring market trends, identifying potential business opportunities, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends
• Experience in the Personal Care or Luxury Products industry is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Leadership ability to manage and motivate a sales team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Flexibility to travel as required
