🚨 Hiring | Assistant Sales Manager – Prime LAP
Location: Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida/Pune/Mumbai
Product: Prime LAP | ₹50L–₹2 Cr ticket size
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive business through DSA & Connector channels and lead a team of 3–5 Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Prime/Near Prime LAP sales & disbursements
Manage, develop & expand DSA/Connector networks
Lead, mentor & drive productivity of the sales team
Ensure strong lead conversion, TAT & file quality
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Coordinate with Credit, Legal & Operations for smooth processing
Monitor MIS, pipeline and business performance
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Experience in LAP / Secured Lending / Housing Finance / NBFC / Banking
✔️ Strong DSA & Connector network
✔️ Proven team management & business delivery skills
✔️ Good understanding of ₹50L–₹2 Cr ticket-size LAP business
