Overview

As Area Sales Manager, you will manage Norton’s authorised sales partners across a defined UK territory and drive sales of motorcycles, parts, garments and accessories. You will ensure partners align with contractual, commercial and brand standards while traveling regularly and coordinating with Norton’s Solihull headquarters. You’ll report KPI results, analyze performance, and support sales initiatives to grow the partner network and deliver a premium customer experience.

This role sits at the heart of Norton’s growth under new ownership within the TVS family, offering an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with Norton’s authorised sales partners
  • Drive motorcycle and accessory sales within the defined territory
  • Ensure partners operate in line with contractual, commercial and brand standards
  • Monitor performance and reporting; prepare KPI materials for management
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Identify and cultivate new sales partner opportunities within the territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address partner requirements and resolve issues
  • Support implementation of Norton sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Ensure partners deliver high-quality customer experiences and uphold the Norton brand
Key requirements
  • Experience in field, area or territory sales, ideally within automotive/motorcycle or powersports
  • Proven track record in managing and developing dealer/partner networks
  • Strong understanding of sales performance, KPIs and commercial reporting
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actions
  • Proactive, commercially minded with ability to spot new opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills with multi-partner management
  • Autonomous work style with effective cross-team collaboration
  • Passion for motorcycles and Norton brand
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively
