Area Sales Manager - Construction - West Midlands Established over 20 years ago, our client is a market-leading supplier of mobile surveillance products to a range of sectors; they are a multi-award-winning organization with a reputation in multiple markets across the globe as the premier product supplier of choice. They are a multi-award winning & well-regarded organization within the security sector and have achieved consistent annual growth. As a result, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Completing a mixture of field-based and home-based work, the Area Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing revenue & generating new business opportunities by promoting security products and services to B2B customers. The role will involve face to face meetings across the West Midlands. Responsibilities Full sales cycle management from initial prospecting through to closing deals Identify new business opportunities through a range of outreach Manage a set of existing accounts within the territory Develop quality relationships with key stakeholders in both prospective & existing accounts Create & deliver business plans to maximise revenue growth within defined territory Actively promote the companies brand, products and values, playing a successful role in the growth of the business Maintain up to date CRM system The Successful Candidate 3+ years B2B sales experience across new business & account management Field sales experience is essential Experience within the security space is a plus Experience selling to the construction sector is a plus A full UK Driving License is required Based in the West Midlands Area Sales Manager Package Basic salary: circa ยฃ50,000 OTE: +ยฃ15,000 (uncapped) Car allowance Laptop & mobile phone provided Healthcare options Pension options 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
