Up to £60,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped bonus + pension A rare opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing names in plant hire. Our client is a rapidly expanding plant hire business, backed by significant investment and a brand-new fleet. They're growing their UK sales team and looking for driven Area Sales Managers to cover London and the South East. This is a genuine growth role with a clear path to progression as the sales structure is built out, and early joiners will help shape the team. The role You'll take ownership of your patch, splitting your time roughly 50/50 between winning new business and growing an existing portfolio of accounts. Day to day you'll be out in the field, planning your week properly, running multiple quality customer visits a day, opening doors, and building relationships across sectors including construction, infrastructure, industrial, and utilities. You'll be selling plant hire solutions, supported by an internal desk team who handle quotations and opportunity management so you can focus on selling. What we're looking for Ideally you'll come from a hire background (plant hire or equipment rental), but we'll also consider strong technical/product sales backgrounds such as industrial equipment or tool hire A motivated, self-driven salesperson who wants to earn and is confident networking and building relationships A commercial, consultative approach with the ability to open doors and sell into the construction and hire markets Good forward planning and CRM discipline Full UK driving licence What's on offer Basic salary up to £60,000, depending on experience Uncapped bonus with excellent earning potential Pension Brand-new fleet, serious investment, and real career progression as the team grows
