Our Client is an international business designing & supplying high-end furnishings to residential and commercial customers
Your mission
As their Area Sales Manager for Ireland, youll be on the road, managing and growing your own client portfolio across Ireland.
Your goal :
- Drive sales and build long-term relationships with premium retailers, interior designers, and architects.
- Make their collections visible, desirable, and successful in-store and on iconic projects.
- Embody their brands, their collaborations, and their savoir-faire.
- Identify and develop a network of nationally and internationally influential opinion leaders involved in iconic projects
- Detect and position the brands on high-visibility residential, hospitality (5* hotels, palaces), luxury retail, yachts, and private clubs projects.
- Master the decision-making network (clients, architects, designers, installers) and provide ultra-personalized, reactive support.
- Pilot complex, long-cycle, international projects with technical expertise and flawless process management.
What youll do
- Represent their 3 main brands
- Develop relationships with premium retailers, designers, and architects.
- Plan and organize weekly client visits across Ireland.
- Ensure strong in-store presence (displays, books, visibility).
- Lead client meetings, product presentations, and events.
- Collaborate closely with UK & France teams.
- Deliver against sales targets and KPIs.
Who you are
You dont need to tick every box, but ideally:
? Sales-driven with a strong commercial instinct
? Confident, persuasive, and relationship-focused
? Independent and highly organized (frequent travel across Ireland & Northern Ireland)
? Passionate about design, interiors, or premium products
? Able to build credibility with high-end clients Experience in interiors, textiles, or premium brands is a strong advantage French language skills are a plus
Requirements
Based in Northern Ireland
Full driving licence
Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays
