Job Description The Opportunity MarketLeader: Represent a top-tier provider of innovative indoor soft-playsystems. TargetSectors: Partner with leisure centres, family entertainment centres,visitor attractions, and holiday parks. GrowthPhase: Join an ambitious company scaling rapidly across the UK in2026.

The Package BaseSalary: Up to ยฃ50,000 per annum. On-TargetEarnings (OTE): ยฃ75,000+ per year. Commission: ยฃ25,000 for achieving sales targets ( uncapped ).

The Role As the Area Sales Manager for the South of England ,you will take a consultative approach to sell high-ROI "indoor amazementparks." You will act as the primary point of contact throughout the entiresales cycle, from initial consultation through to project handover. Key Responsibilities TerritoryGrowth: Develop and execute a business plan targeting new and existingaccounts across the South of England.

KeyStakeholder Engagement: Pitch directly to senior decision-makers toposition the company as a trusted partner. ConsultativeSelling: Understand client budgets and spaces to deliver tailored,revenue-boosting design solutions. Cross-TeamCollaboration: Work closely with internal design, project management,and installation teams for smooth project delivery.

CRM& Reporting: Maintain accurate client data within the CRM andprovide pipeline updates to senior management. MarketPresence: Attend industry networking events and maintain an up-to-dateknowledge of market trends and competitors. What You'll Need SalesTrack Record: Proven experience in consultative, solution, ortechnical B2B sales.

SectorKnowledge: Experience within indoor/outdoor play, leisure,construction, or public open spaces is highly desirable. CommunicationSkills: Ability to deliver impactful, technical presentations tailoredto client needs and return on investment. Mobility: A full driving licence, with the flexibility to travel regularly acrossthe territory for client meetings and site visits.
