Area Manager

Are you ready to take Meller beyond borders and lead our expansion into new cities and countries?

We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on Area Manager to lead our stores across international markets, drive performance across the region, and spearhead new store openings as Meller keeps growing globally.

Your role

● Lead and support a portfolio of stores across multiple countries, ensuring the Meller brand and customer experience are delivered consistently everywhere.

● Coach, motivate, and develop Store Managers, helping each team turn their store into a true Meller experience.

● Own the region's performance, using KPIs and sales reports to identify opportunities and drive data-based decisions.

● Ensure operational excellence across all stores: POS, inventory, replenishment, visual standards, and maintenance.

● Act as the link between HQ and the stores, coordinating with local partners, landlords, and suppliers as needed.

● Travel regularly across the region to support stores, openings, and teams on the ground.

● Bring proactive ideas to help the brand scale internationally.

What we're looking for

● Proven retail experience in a multi-store, regional, or area management role, ideally including international markets.

● Track record of leading new store openings.

● Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong plus.

● Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable using KPIs and sales reports to make decisions.

● Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams both remotely and in person.

● Willingness to travel frequently, including internationally.

● Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the product.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and KPI analysis.

● Energetic, growth-oriented, entrepreneurial attitude — comfortable working autonomously in a fast-scaling, international environment.
