Area Business Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Experience : 2 - 5 Yrs Location : Pan India Designation : Area Business Manager (ABM) – Retail Jewellery About Role : Responsible for driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple company-owned and franchise stores within a region. Key Responsibilities: Achieve regional sales and business targets. Manage store operations and franchise relationships. Monitor performance and improve profitability. Identify opportunities for new store expansion. Execute local marketing and customer engagement initiatives. Ensure excellent customer experience and complaint resolution. Recruit, train, and develop store teams. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred). 4–5+ years of retail sales operations experience.

Jewellery retail experience preferred; candidates from luxury, fashion, watches, eyewear, lifestyle, or consumer durables sectors are also suitable. Prefrence MT from Premier College (Preferred) ABM Stint in Jewellery (Preferred) 2-5 Yrs as Retail Manager experience 2-5 Yrs in handling Franchise Franchise Owned Franchise Operated (FOFO) Company-Owned, Company-Operated (COCO) Exposure in Handling Retail, Franchise ecosystem and large territory involving expansion.
