About Role: We are building large-scale premium residential developments with a strong focus on design excellence, execution quality, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Our projects demand deep integration between architecture, engineering, construction methodology, façade systems, BIM coordination, fire & life safety, vertical transportation, and on-ground execution. As Manager – Design Architecture , you will play a critical role in leading the technical and architectural development of high-rise residential projects, ensuring seamless coordination between design intent, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and execution feasibility. This role requires a highly technical, execution-oriented leader capable of driving integrated design solutions for complex residential towers at scale.

What Makes This Role Exciting? This is a high-ownership role where you will work at the intersection of architecture, engineering coordination, BIM workflows, façade systems, and construction execution. You will influence every stage of the project lifecycle — from concept development and tower planning to execution detailing and handover — while working closely with leadership, consultants, and execution teams.

You will also play a key role in driving technical excellence, improving coordination systems, and establishing scalable architectural and BIM standards across projects. You Will Be the Go-To Person For (Key Responsibilities) Leading the architectural and technical design development of premium high-rise residential projects Driving tower planning, floor plate optimization, core planning, and unit efficiency Ensuring the right balance between design intent, customer experience, regulatory compliance, and execution feasibility Coordinating closely with structural, MEP, façade, fire, landscape, lighting, and interior consultants Resolving interdisciplinary coordination challenges during both design and execution stages Developing efficient tower cores including lift planning, service shafts, refuge floors, and fire staircases Ensuring compliance with NBC guidelines, local authority regulations, and fire & life safety standards Reviewing façade detailing, waterproofing systems, slab edge treatments, balconies, terraces, and wet areas Ensuring durability, thermal performance, maintainability, and construction practicality across design systems Collaborating closely with project management and construction teams to align design with execution methodology Supporting integration with aluminium formwork systems, construction sequencing, procurement timelines, and execution planning Leading BIM-based coordination workflows and consultant integration across projects Overseeing clash detection and coordinated IFC documentation through Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent platforms Driving apartment usability, circulation efficiency, daylight optimization, ventilation, storage planning, and balcony usability Establishing technical standards, QA/QC systems, and design review processes Mentoring and strengthening internal architecture and BIM teams How We Measure Impact Design Excellence: High-quality architectural outcomes balancing aesthetics, usability, and execution feasibility Execution Efficiency: Reduction in design conflicts, site coordination issues, and execution delays Technical Quality: Strong detailing standards, compliance adherence, and construction-ready documentation Coordination Effectiveness: Seamless integration across consultants, BIM teams, and execution stakeholders Project Delivery: Timely closure of design milestones aligned with project schedules Process Improvement: Establishment of scalable BIM, QA/QC, and technical review systems You’ll Thrive If You Have strong technical depth combined with practical execution understanding Can balance architectural vision with construction realities and commercial efficiency Thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments Are detail-oriented and deeply focused on coordination quality Think systemically and proactively identify risks before they impact execution Enjoy working across cross-functional teams and influencing multiple stakeholders Are You the One We Need?
