Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Architects / Senior Architects based in Delhi, India.

The role involves leading and contributing to architectural design projects from concept to completion, including feasibility studies, detailed design, and coordination with structural, MEP, and landscape teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings, 3D visualizations, and design documentation; ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and sustainability standards; and participating in client meetings, design presentations, and stakeholder reviews. Architects / Senior Architects will manage project timelines, coordinate with consultants and contractors, oversee design integration across disciplines, and support site reviews to ensure design intent is maintained.

Senior team members are expected to mentor junior designers, uphold quality standards, and actively contribute to evolving the firm’s design processes and methodologies. Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated ability to develop concepts and translate them into detailed drawings and construction documentation. Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing project deliverables and timelines.

Familiarity with Integration of design solutions across architecture, interiors, landscape, and building systems to ensure cohesive and functional outcomes. Comfort working with relevant Software Development and digital tools, such as BIM platforms, CAD software, and visualization tools, to support design production and coordination. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.

Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite or similar) and strong visualization skills. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards; experience with green building certifications is beneficial. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to work in a multidisciplinary team and interface with clients and consultants.
