Architect (Healthcare)

A leading multi-award-winning architectural practice is seeking an experienced Architect to join its Dublin studio. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across Ireland and the UK within a collaborative and established team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver architectural projects across various stages


• Prepare and coordinate planning and tender packages


• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and relevant standards


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams


• Produce and coordinate technical project information using Revit


• Manage projects independently while working as part of a wider team

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Architect with RIAI


• 3+ years’ post-qualification experience


• Strong technical knowledge of Building Regulations in Ireland


• Experience delivering planning and tender packages


• Strong Revit skills are highly desirable


• Healthcare project experience is advantageous but not essential


• Public Works Contracts experience would be beneficial


• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills


• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
