AR Manager

Overview Randstad is presently conducting a search for an AR Manager for a well-established PE-Backed, multi-site service company based in Los Angeles. This is a hybrid role that will work closely with senior leadership to manage company-wide AR functions. Responsibilities Oversee the invoice-to-cash cycle, including managing deductions, credits, write-offs and resolving unapplied cash Oversee AR aging reports to identify any “at-risk” accounts Provide leadership and training to staff on collection policies, procedures, and best practices Work closely with administrative staff on all credit memos, rebills, and billing errors to ensure accuracy and timely resolution Develop and report on KPIs and metrics around DSO, customer payment trends, and “at-risk” accounts Review customer payment portals to ensure invoices are loaded timely and discrepancies are communicated and resolved timely Participate in weekly collection calls with site leaders as needed Qualifications 10+ years of AR management experience Track record of building teams Top-notch verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
