Position Details: Role: Sales Engineer Location: Ahmedabad (Covering Ahmedabad, North Gujarat, Saurashtra & Kutch) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) – Mandatory, MBA (Marketing/Sales) – Preferred Experience: 4–8 years of experience in Industrial Sales, Application Engineering, or Business Development. Experience in Gear Motors, Industrial Motors, Power Transmission Products, Pumps, Automation, Bearings, or related engineering products preferred. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and business development through OEMs, End Users, EPCs, Consultants, and Channel Partners. - Develop business across Cement, Steel, Paper, Sugar, Oil & Gas, Chemical, HVAC/AHU, Pumps, Water Treatment, Material Handling, and General Engineering industries. - Identify customer needs and provide techno-commercial solutions through product selection and application support. - Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, conduct technical presentations, negotiate, and close orders. - Develop new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts. - Conduct regular customer visits, market mapping, competitor analysis, and opportunity tracking. - Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, order execution, and customer satisfaction. - Support channel partners through joint visits, product training, and business development initiatives. - Maintain sales forecasts, visit reports, and market intelligence to achieve territory growth objectives.

Key Competencies: - Strong technical and commercial aptitude. - Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills. - Customer-focused with strong prospecting and relationship-building capabilities. - Well-organized, self-driven, and capable of managing the assigned territory independently. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
