The Opportunity

As an Application Engineer, you will be the bridge between technology and customer success. You will work closely with leading contractors, infrastructure companies, consultants, and machine operators to deploy and support advanced positioning and machine control solutions across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical troubleshooting and system optimization.
• Ensure successful deployment of GNSS, machine control, and digital construction solutions.
• Understand customer workflows and project requirements.
• Recommend solutions that enhance accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities.
• Install, configure, and commission Hexagon Geosystems solutions.
• Act as a technical expert during evaluations and project implementation
• Stay updated on construction technology trends and emerging solutions.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Passion for technology and continuous learning.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Road Construction, Marine, Mining, Surveying, or Infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with GNSS, DGPS, Total Stations, Machine Control, or Construction Technology.
• Experience working with Excavators, Dozers, Graders, or Pavers is a plus.
• Basic understanding of CAD models and site positioning workflows.
