App Developer (Flutter + iOS) - 4 to 8 Years

About the Role:

We’re looking for driven, independent “hustler” App Developers who can take ownership and build high-quality mobile applications from scratch. You’ll be working on our AI Tutoring product, with potential exposure to parent-facing apps and math gaming platforms.

You’ve likely done this if you’re a fit:

• Built mobile apps from scratch (0 → 1) or owned major features end-to-end
• Taken apps from development → production → scaling
• Worked on performance optimization, debugging, and real-world issues (crashes, latency, etc.)
• Comfortable making technical decisions independently (not just following tasks)
• Experience working in fast-paced / startup-like environments

Must-Have Skills:

• 4-8 years of mobile app development experience
• Strong hands-on experience in Flutter (Dart)
• Experience with native iOS development (Swift/Objective-C)
• Experience with SQLite or similar for local mobile storage
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

• Experience in app store deployment (iOS/Play Store)
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
• Basic understanding of Android development

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale mobile applications using Flutter
• Take end-to-end ownership of features (development → testing → deployment)
• Work on native integrations (iOS) when required
• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability
• Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices
