Role Title: Appl Developer Analyst IND Position Summary: Participates as a solution team member in the coding, testing, analysis, and implementation of business applications. Individuals in this position are typically assigned to solution teams and participate fully in all team practices and standards. Incumbents have learned and can use relevant technologies.

They display personal accountability for successful outcomes and support quality efforts within the team. They are receptive and responsive to mentoring from more senior team members on business application development, enhancement, or support efforts. Interfaces with IT colleagues and other stakeholders to evaluate defined business requirements and processes.

Uses available approved technologies. Job Responsibilities: Design Understands business goals and develops solutions that are aligned with those goals. In conjunction with senior members of the team, prepares technical specifications and participates in design reviews.

Creates and reviews documentation at appropriate level to allow for maintenance and extension of the application. Development Estimation: Provides input for estimates and timeframes for requirements and tasks. Coding: Successfully develops, tests, and implements business applications or components thereof that meet or exceed the expectations of employees and customers.

Participates on various sized business application development/enhancements solutions. This may be the complete effort on a small solution or for a portion of a larger solution. Has knowledge of and adheres to information technology principals, standards, and guidelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality and well-documented solutions and services.

Develops technical expertise needed to provide support for systems of varying levels of complexity. Research Participates in continuous improvement through training, research, experimentation, knowledge sharing, enterprise initiatives and participation in learning forums. Stays abreast of the changing technological landscape.

Leadership Continuously broadens technical capabilities and domain knowledge. Demonstrates teamwork and excellent communication Skill and Experience : 1+ years of experiencerequired to perform essential job functions. Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): Familiarity with current technologies used in the development of business applications and the techniques used to analyze and solve business problems.

Demonstrates knowledge of technological environments and the appropriate technologies, tools, and techniques used to solve business problems. Working knowledge of relevant technologies for packaged systems and tools including database skills, query language, reporting and scripting languages. Analytical and problem solving skills Proven ability in translation of requirements into backlog tasks, and models into highly effective technical processes and/or business system designs Proven ability to code procedures programs and complete unit testing in one or more of companies primary software environments Strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to translate technical concepts as appropriate to the level of the audience Ability to work self-directed and as part of a team on large solutions or as the sole developer on small solutions showing commitment to task, solution, and to team Takes responsibility for determining how to translate written requirements and/or requirements into technical solutions Knows when to involve peers within the organization and/or collaborates with the team in order to expedite achievement of results Must Have Skills: Fundamental Power BI Report Creation - Ability to build basic Power BI reports using standard visuals, filters, and slicers to answer clearly defined business questions.

Introductory Data Modeling Concepts - Understanding of tables, relationships, and basic data model structures to support simple reporting scenarios. Basic DAX Awareness - Familiarity with simple DAX measures such as sums, counts, averages, and basic calculations, with guidance from more senior developers. Connecting to Common Data Sources - Ability to connect Power BI to supported data sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, and SharePoint lists using standard connectors.

Power BI Service Basics - Understanding of publishing reports, navigating workspaces, and consuming content through apps and dashboards in the Power BI Service. Awareness of Security and Access Controls - Basic knowledge of report sharing, workspace roles, and the concept of row-level security, even if not yet designing it independently. Following Reporting Standards and Style Guides - Ability to follow established Power BI style guides, naming conventions, and report standards to ensure consistency and usability.

Working Within a Managed Development Process - Exposure to development environments and structured workflows, including saving work to source control and participating in review cycles. Power Automate Education and Certifications: 4 Year/ bachelors degree required. Work location: Bengaluru
