BILINGUAL LEASING CONSULTANT – FORT MYERS, FL

EXPERIENCED LEASING PROFESSIONAL NEEDED – START ASAP!

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Fort Myers, FL.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED
• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
• Strong knowledge of leasing, tours, applications, and resident relations
• Experience with prospecting, follow-ups, and closing leases
• Comfortable meeting leasing goals and maintaining high occupancy
• Property management software experience preferred
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be available to start ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes
• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects
• Process applications and assist with lease paperwork
• Generate traffic and work toward occupancy goals
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
• Assist with resident concerns and day-to-day office operations
• Maintain accurate records and follow property procedures
