We are entering a high-growth phase and scaling media investment across channels. As traffic increases, we need an Analytics leader to help drive insights that accelerates business growth. About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, business-minded Analytics Manager to serve as the analytics leader at Mycube. This person will own our analytics function end-to-end, setting the standard for how we measure performance, define success, and make decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a leadership role at a fast-growing startup. You’ll be the go-to expert for data across the organization, reporting to the Head of Growth and partnering closely with product, marketing, operations, and external agencies to drive clarity and insights through analytics.
What You’ll Own Company-wide analytics strategy and measurement framework Reporting and performance dashboards across functions Leading technical integrations across tools and platforms - integrating data into our analytics environment, building scalable data pipelines, and setting up the infrastructure needed to support company growth Attribution analysis and measurement frameworks, developing multi-touch attribution models, running incrementality and lift tests, and evaluating channel contribution A/B test design, statistical analysis, and experiment readouts. Translating data into clear, actionable recommendations Improving data quality, tracking, and analytics infrastructure Forecasting, scenario modeling, and business planning support Acting as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional leaders Who You Are 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, or another analytical role Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data to answer business questions Advanced SQL and Excel; adept at using AI tools and data platforms to accelerate analysis Experience leveraging BI and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Analytics, Triple Whale) to drive insights and inform decision-making, ideally within a DTC/ecommerce environment Curious and experimental with new tools - excited to leverage emerging AI and analytics technologies to work faster and uncover better insights Strong business acumen - you focus on insights and decisions, not just numbers Resourceful and scrappy; able to figure things out and get things done even without perfect systems or infrastructure Operates with a high degree of ownership and accountability Strong communicator and collaborator Excited to build and own the analytics function at a growing startup #J-18808-Ljbffr
