Job Description
Job Summary As an Analytics Consultant at HCSC, you will partner with pharmacy care teams to deliver analytical insights that support clinical, operational, and financial decision‑making. Your work will focus on evaluating medication adherence, drug therapy interventions, member health outcomes, financial savings, and overall pharmacy program performance. You will design and maintain scalable reporting solutions, collaborate with clinical pharmacists, project delivery, and business stakeholders, and continuously improve outcomes through data‑driven insights.
Work Arrangements Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week at the Richardson or Chicago HQs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, insurance economics, or a related field, OR Master’s degree in a related field, OR 6 years of experience in the same domain. Advanced SQL, R, or Python skills and ability to query diverse internal and external data sources.
Experience building dynamic, visually engaging dashboards with Tableau or Power BI. Strong business intelligence skills and a proven track record of taking a business case from inception to execution. Excellent communication and presentation abilities; proficient in collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Project management methodology experience. Analysis of healthcare or pharmacy program outcomes, financial impact, and savings tracking. Design and optimization of reporting ecosystems and data delivery processes.
Identification of trends, anomalies, and actionable insights in complex datasets. Experience with data governance, audit standards, and maintaining data integrity in reporting. Enabling data‑driven decision‑making through stakeholder partnership and insight communication.
Experience in healthcare program delivery, clinical operations, or pharmacy analytics. Compensation $61,500.00 – $136,100.00 annually, contingent on skills, experience, and location. Subject to an annual incentive bonus plan.
