Position Summary

\n

As Analyst Sustainability (m/f/d), you will support the implementation of PROXITY's sustainability strategy across its European logistics real estate portfolio. Working closely with Asset Management, Technical Asset Management, Project Development, and Transactions teams, you will contribute to sustainability initiatives that enhance asset performance and support long-term value creation.

You will support sustainability analysis, ESG reporting, certification projects, and decarbonization initiatives while helping to manage data, coordinate stakeholders, and provide analytical insights to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of PROXITY's Sustainability Strategy in close collaboration with Asset Management, Technical Asset Management, Project Development, and Transactions teams through operational data support and project coordination.
  • \n
  • Support sustainability due diligence processes for acquisitions by gathering, structuring, and analyzing sustainability data, energy baselines, certifications, and transition risks.
  • \n
  • Provide operational support for sustainability initiatives across the portfolio, including PV deployment, smart metering, EV charging, energy efficiency improvements, and decarbonization projects.
  • \n
  • Conduct portfolio-wide sustainability assessments and identify cost-effective opportunities for building performance, energy efficiency, and operational savings; support investment prioritization based on value creation and decarbonization impact.
  • \n
  • Manage and coordinate external consultants, auditors, and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of feasibility studies, audits, assessments, and technical reports.
  • \n
  • Prepare CRREM analysis data and support decarbonization strategy development, including energy baseline validation, transition risk assessment, and emissions reduction pathway modeling.
  • \n
  • Coordinate sustainability certification projects from asset prioritization and pre-assessments through documentation, execution support, and achievement tracking.
  • \n
  • Administer sustainability data platforms including metering data aggregation, data validation, and quarterly ESG reporting preparation.
  • \n
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and scenario models to support portfolio-wide sustainability analysis and strategic reporting.

Candidate Profile

    \n
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • \n
  • Approximately 2–3 years of professional experience in sustainability, real estate, engineering, construction, or a related environment.
  • \n
  • Initial experience with CRREM analysis and sustainability certifications.
  • \n
  • Experience in drawing up climate roadmaps.
  • \n
  • Fluent in English.
  • \n
  • German and additional European languages are a strong advantage.
  • \n
