Job Summary: Mindsprint is seeking a highly driven and strategic Manager – Analyst Relations to lead and scale its global Analyst Relations (AR) program. Reporting to the Associate Director – B2B Marketing, this role will drive Mindsprint's positioning across leading analyst firms such as Gartner, Everest Group, Forrester, IDC, ISG, HFS Research, and other influential industry advisors. The role will own analyst engagement strategy, manage participation in key analyst evaluations, and build trusted relationships that enhance Mindsprint's market visibility, industry recognition, and business growth.
Working closely with executive leadership, practice leaders, product teams, and marketing, the incumbent will translate Mindsprint's capabilities into compelling analyst narratives that strengthen market positioning and support go-to-market success. Job Description: Develop and execute Mindsprint's global Analyst Relations strategy aligned with business priorities. Build and manage strategic relationships with Gartner, Everest Group, Forrester, IDC, ISG, HFS Research, and other analyst firms.
Lead end-to-end participation in analyst evaluations including Gartner Magic Quadrant™, Everest PEAK Matrix®, Forrester Wave™, IDC MarketScape™, and ISG Provider Lens™. Plan and facilitate analyst briefings, inquiry sessions, executive meetings, solution demonstrations, and analyst engagement activities. Monitor analyst research, competitive intelligence, and market trends to provide actionable insights for business and go-to-market strategies.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Practice Leaders, Product, and Business Development teams to strengthen messaging and support strategic pursuits. Lead analyst RFI submissions, customer reference management, evidence collection, and report validation processes Manage analyst contracts, AR budgets, engagement calendars, program governance, and measure the ROI of Analyst Relations initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop analyst messaging, briefing materials, presentations, and strategic communication for analyst engagements.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and business impact of the Analyst Relations program. Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards on analyst engagement, program performance, market visibility, and the business impact of Analyst Relations initiatives. Profile Description: 10–12 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, or Strategic Marketing within the B2B IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Technology industry.
Hands-on experience managing relationships with Gartner, Everest Group, Forrester, IDC, ISG, HFS Research, or similar analyst firms. Proven experience managing analyst evaluations, RFIs, executive briefings, and strategic analyst engagement programs. Strong understanding of AI, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Intelligent Automation, and Cybersecurity Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills: Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across global teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate analyst insights into business recommendations.
Established network with industry analysts and advisors is highly preferred. Experience supporting global technology services organizations. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
Proficiency with AI-enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
