About the Team The Analyst Relations team ensures that market influencers and analysts accurately represent Workday’s vision. We partner closely with executive leadership and global customers to shape the market narrative around the future of work. About the Role Workday seeks a strategic and highly influential Analyst Relations Director to lead executive engagements with the world’s most prominent technology and industry analysts.

This role is pivotal in shaping how the market perceives Workday’s innovation, differentiation, and leadership within our emerging AI platform strategy. Key Responsibilities AR Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute a high-impact AR strategy aligned with Workday’s global priorities and regional business objectives. Collaboration: Work closely with senior Analyst Relations to orchestrate high-level engagements, ensuring Workday’s leadership maintains influential, long‑term relationships with the analyst community.

Global Readiness: Drive global readiness and stakeholder alignment to ensure execution excellence across the entire AR function. Strategic Engagement & Market Influence: Lead strategic briefings, inquiries, and advisory sessions that challenge and shape analyst perspectives. Market Intelligence & Actionable Insights: Leverage Spotlight Oz to synthesize analyst interactions into actionable intelligence for regional and global leadership; identify emerging market trends and competitive threats.

Coaching & Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to product and marketing leaders; prepare and coach senior spokespeople for high‑profile analyst engagements and marquee industry events. Basic Qualifications 8–12 years of leadership in Analyst Relations within the enterprise technology sector. Deep understanding of the enterprise software landscape, with a focus on AI‑driven platforms and cloud ecosystems.

Track record of deepening executive‑analyst partnerships and driving tangible shifts in market sentiment. Exceptional communication skills, translating complex AI and platform technicalities into compelling, vision‑led narratives. Experience leading high‑impact initiatives that align product, marketing, and executive stakeholders toward a unified market strategy.

Other Qualifications Experience operating and influencing within a complex, matrixed global organization. Workday Pay Transparency Statement Primary Location: USA – CA – Pleasanton Base pay range: $159,300 USD – $238,900 USD Additional US locations: $134,600 USD – $238,900 USD Colorado: $141,600 USD – $212,400 USD Additional compensation may include the Workday Bonus Plan, role‑specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants.
