Job Summary The Senior Property Manager, Burger King Development & Franchising will administer day‑to‑day site financial and operational matters for approximately 500 Burger King properties (~1.5million sqft) across a defined geographic region.

This role reports to the Sr. Property Manager and is required to work onsite five days per week. Roles & Responsibilities Coordinate with Asset Management, Lease Administration, Development, Legal, Finance and Accounting Respond to requests submitted through the Freshdesk work‑order ticketing system Liaise between landlords, franchisees, municipalities, vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve maintenance, rent/CAM, lease and other property‑related issues Manage collections of bad debt and reconcile financial records Schedule and conduct inspections of vacant properties and address urgent matters such as vandalism, illegal dumping, etc.

Address property taxes, insurance and utilities concerns with Lease Administration and Insurance teams Collaborate with Legal on escalated operational or financial disputes Communicate solutions to landlords, franchisees, vendors, and municipalities on day‑to‑day real‑estate matters Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2years of experience in property‑management or lease‑administration roles Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or real‑estate Strong interpersonal and communication skills for influencing a broad audience Team‑player with ability to work cross‑functionally Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and adapts to uncertainty Experience using ticketing systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Previous exposure to SAP or lease‑management software (Tango, Yardi, Lucernex, Costar) is a plus CPM or RPM designation is a plus Benefits Global paid parental leave Free telemedicine and mental‑wellness support Focus on physical, mental, and financial wellness for employees Equal Opportunity Employer Restaurant Brands International and its affiliated companies are equal‑opportunity and affirmative action employers.
