About You

As an Anaesthetic Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in:

  • Delivering exceptional, evidence-based anaesthetic nursing care, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes throughout the perioperative journey.
  • Collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the multidisciplinary team to provide seamless, patient-centred care.
  • Providing clinical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing colleagues, fostering professional growth and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Leading quality improvement initiatives and promoting patient safety by ensuring compliance with ACORN & NSQHS Standards as well as organisational policies.
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment that supports excellence in patient care and outstanding clinical outcomes.

  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience nursing.
