AML Analyst

Hybrid working model with 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home each week.
This is a 12 month contract with some potential for other opportunities arising.

Your New Job:

In this role, you’ll be preparing and updating client profiles for both new and existing clients. You’ll support the onboarding process by performing due diligence and will assist with various administrative tasks as they arise.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare client profiles for new and existing clients
• Conduct periodic reviews on client profiles
• Perform due diligence during client onboarding
• Research and gather information to prepare client reports
• Utilise online tools, independent research, or work with a relationship manager to collect information
• Amend existing client profiles as needed
• Assist with administrative tasks when requiredCarry out real-time QSS scans to verify client profile information and ownership details
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather information for client profile updates

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
• Previous AML/KYC experience in financial services
• Knowledge of investor types
• Experience in trading, brokerage, fraud, or law is preferred
• Relevant local or regional licenses/certifications where required
• Great communication and organisational skills
