Position Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Manager your primary responsibilities will include recruitment, talent pooling, compensation management, onboarding and stakeholder management. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Roles & Responsibilities: Liaise with Management Team, HODs, Business and Function Heads to identify manpower requirements and accordingly form recruitment strategies to meet headcount demands.

Use resources to build an active talent pool for various functions, markets relevant to specific project and key objectives of the business. Propose and implement a multi-channel recruitment strategy focusing on the direct sourcing of high- quality candidates. Write and post technical and non-technical job descriptions.

Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions) Ensure good candidate experience through prompt communication and timely feedback. Maintain strong lines of communication with internal stakeholders to manage an efficient hiring process and offer a continuous dialogue on search performance. Candidate profile analysis with respect to compensation and presenting the same to compensation team for offer.

Prepare onboarding kits and welcome new employees upon their arrival and give them an office tour. Gather and process paperwork for new joiners and take them through company profile and milestones. Increased direct hires based on strong employer brand and social medial presence by leveraging on LinkedIn and Direct candidate connect and creating awareness amongst applicants about Company’s brand.

Desired Profile: Experience: MBA with 2-4 years of experience Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Should have good command over English language both writing and verbal. Problem-solving skills: Talent acquisition professionals need to be able to think critically and solve problems creatively.

Organizational skills: Talent acquisition professionals need to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep track of a large amount of data.
