Manage and troubleshoot Akamai delivery configurations and PM settings

Allocate and resolve 5–10 tickets daily using ticketing systems

Ensure SLA compliance (5–7 days) for transactional and complex tasks

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and implement changes

Support production changes during off-hours (occasional evening work)

Participate in path updates and configuration enhancements

Maintain documentation and provide updates on ticket progress and resolution timelines

Skills and Requirements

Hands‑on experience with Akamai delivery side (core requirement)

Strong work ethic and ability to meet SLA deadlines (5–7 days)

Requirements gathering skills; ability to act as part BA and part engineer

Experience troubleshooting PM configurations (XML‑based)

Familiarity with ticketing systems and daily allocation workflows (5–10 tickets/day)

Ability to manage tasks ranging from quick fixes (48 hours) to long‑term projects (6 months)

Regulatory background preferred (banking, insurance, or financial services—not fintech)

Ability to work under strict compliance standards (Tier 3 bank, Fed exam readiness)

CDN experience (Cloudflare, Fastly, or AWS) with security routing and ELB/Application Load Balancing

Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle production changes during off‑hours Experience with Akamai ACE transition or similar migrations

Familiarity with OS Top 10 security patterns and WAF configurations

Experience supporting global enterprise environments

Strong communication and documentation skills for SLA tracking and reporting
