AIRWAY is seeking air freight coordinators to join our domestic and international operations teams. We're an Australian-owned business where safety comes first. The Role – Key Responsibilities

• Safely screen, load and unload cargo
• Operate forklifts and airside vehicles
• Coordinate cargo movements throughout the terminal
• Complete operational documentation and system updates
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and equipment checks

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse/logistics/freight handling/aviation experience (highly regarded, not essential)
• Flexibility to work a dynamic and changing schedule
• The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including manual handling
• Minimum 12 months forklift experience (advantageous)
• Safety-first mindset and a strong work ethic
• A reliable team player with great communication skills

Licensing & Requirements

• Current Australian Driver Licence with own reliable transport
• Current LF Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC

Employment will be subject to successful completion of a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and police check.
