Airbus in Barcelona has a regional and global reach, with more than 200 international customers serviced to date. As part of Airbus GeoTech supporting security and defence vector mapping solutions, you will perform activities such as:
**Quality Control Responsibilities **
* Semantic data validation and schema compliance. Quality Assessment of geometries.

Deliverables preparation including QC validation logs and Data Quality Reports
**ArcGIS Pro and QGIS

• Specific Quality Assessment tools: Airbus Internal developed tools, GAIT and Python/SQL checks to support repeatable and strong Quality Control workflows.
• File or Enterprise Geodatabases, Shapefiles, CAD files

**We would love to hear who you are, your experience, your vision and how you could help us deliver our products and solutions with Airbus-quality standards.
**Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geomatics, GIS, Geography, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Topography, Geoinformatics, or a related field.

• Experience: 0-3 years in GIS, mapping production, remote sensing or geospatial Quality Control. Defence mapping, topographic databases or satellite-image interpretation are strong pluses.
• ArcGIS Pro/Desktop and QGIS; geodatabase schemas, feature coding and attribute validation; basic Python, ArcPy/PyQGIS or SQL mindset.
• MGCP, VMAP, MUVD, TDS, DGI, STANAG-like rules, ISO 19157 metadata, OSM/open data, DEM/DTM and LiDAR concepts.

**French fluent or very fluent is mandatory (B2/C1 minimum; English professional level. Spanish/Catalan are a plus.
