Airbus - Manufacturing Engineering Combat

**Job Description:**An opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer in area of Eurofighter RHW (Combat Spain) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, to be based in Getafe (Madrid).*RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Perform and update documentation and technical instruction according to design changes, improvements, process modification, implementation of innovation solutions, 3D Work Orders...
• Provide shop floor support in order to solve issues during manufacturing processes.
• Work with the Material Review Board (MRB). Disposition to defects, HNCs, Waivers...
• Co-design with design office, in order to improve and approve new designs, MCA, RFA...
• To be part of multi functional team, to solve all issues come up in manufacturing line.
• Manufacturing structure and process, associated domunentation (work order, technical instruction, job card...), updated process.
• Manufacturing feedback (OSF, KAIZEN, Practical Problem Solving).
• Create and develop competitive and mature technologies in support of new needs.
• Assess and adapt new technologies to cover the needs and requirements of the business lines.
• Product configuration awareness.
• Future business requirements.
• New manufacturing process based on new technology solution.

• *Education: * Aeronautical Engineering degree or a related discipline.
• *Experience: * At least 3-5 years in Manufacturing, Engineering or Design

• *Languages:* Advanced level in English.
• *Technical knowledge* : CATIA, Sipla, SAP, MEP, DBC, DMU4D, 3DAV...
• *Valuable / Nice to have: * experience in Airbus, in Air Power Operations (TAO) or Comercial Aircraft Operations.
