\n Overview\n

Design and implement the AI-powered capabilities across our product suite — from OzlerScribe's voice-to-documentation engine to intelligent compliance gap analysis. You'll own the AI architecture end-to-end.

What you’ll do\n

\n
• Architect and deploy LLM-based pipelines for document generation, classification, and analysis
\n
• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems grounded in Australian regulatory frameworks
\n
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and benchmark models for accuracy, latency, and cost
\n
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure AI outputs meet regulatory standards
\n
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety
\n

What you need\n

\n
• Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience
\n
• 3+ years experience building production ML/AI systems
\n
• Deep hands‑on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open‑source models)
\n
• Strong Python skills; experience with LangChain, vector databases, and cloud ML infrastructure
\n
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
\n
