AI Risk Governance Engineer (Abu Dhabi based)

Role: AI Risk Governance Engineer (Open to all nationals) Type: Full time Permanent Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite) - Visa sponsored Skills: AI Governance, AI/ML Lifecycle Management, Python, Model Risk Management, AI Inventory, Data Governance, Risk Assessment, Power BI/Tableau, Reporting & Monitoring Experience: 2-4 years Requisites: Support implementation and enhancement of the AI Risk Management and Governance framework across the AI lifecycle. Maintain and manage the central AI inventory repository, ensuring accurate classification, lifecycle tracking, and governance compliance. Assist with AI risk assessments, governance workflows, approvals, and control checkpoints.

Work closely with AI/ML engineering teams to ensure solutions align with governance, monitoring, explainability, and audit requirements. Develop dashboards and reporting for AI inventory, model performance, drift, fairness, and operational risk metrics. Automate governance and reporting workflows using Python or similar technologies.

Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, audit, and risk stakeholders to support responsible AI practices. Understanding of AI/ML concepts, lifecycle management, and data governance frameworks. Nice to Have: Experience with model governance, metadata management, or lifecycle tracking platforms.

Exposure to regulated environments such as banking or financial services. Experience with Power BI or Tableau reporting solutions. Interested?
