We are looking for an AI Operations & Solutions Specialist to join a growing team focused on automation, operational excellence, and emerging technologies. This role combines stakeholder management, operational support, and exposure to AI-powered solutions that are used across international business functions.
Your responsibilities:
Monitor and support operational processes powered by AI and automation solutions
Ensure stability and effectiveness of tools following releases and updates
Investigate and resolve operational issues
Deliver demonstrations and presentations to internal and external stakeholders
Maintain project and support tickets in JIRA
Communicate project updates and manage escalations when required
Support AI model training and deployment activities
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
What we're looking for:
Experience in operations, client support, or business support functions
Background in Financial Services, Banking, Investment Operations, or a related environment
Fluent English
Spanish would be an asset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Interest in automation, AI technologies, and process improvement
