AI/ML Engineer /Data Scientist

We are seeking a passionate and innovative AI/ML Engineer / Data Scientist to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready models. Key Responsibilities: Design, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for business applications.

Develop Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques. Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data to build predictive and intelligent systems. Collaborate with AI Full Stack Developers and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into web and enterprise applications.

Build and maintain data pipelines, model APIs, and automated workflows for model deployment and monitoring. Evaluate model performance, perform feature engineering, and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency. Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, research, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications: 4+ years’ experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, and NumPy. Experience working with LLMs, vector databases, and AI frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
