Our client, a US-headquartered law firm, is looking for a Artificial Intelligence & Innovation Advisor to join its London office.

The firm has invested heavily in AI. This role is about making sure that investment genuinely changes the way people work.

The focus is firmly on AI enablement and adoption - working closely with lawyers and business teams to help them understand, embrace and get real value from the firm's AI tools.

You'll be responsible for:

• Driving AI adoption and engagement across the London office
• Helping lawyers identify where AI can improve the way they work
• Delivering training, workshops and one-to-one support
• Developing practical use cases and sharing best practice
• Building confidence around new AI tools and technologies
• Working with global teams to support the firm's wider AI strategy

You don't need to be a lawyer.

You might come from legal technology, innovation, knowledge, AI enablement or digital transformation. What matters is that you understand the legal environment, can engage confidently with lawyers and are passionate about helping people get the very best from AI.
