EPAM is seeking a Business Analyst skilled in AI to support the internal Agentic AI platform's rollout. Engage with teams to facilitate effective agent configurations and optimize user onboarding. As a part of the Product Team, you will bridge the gap between technical needs and customer team workflows.

This role requires you to configure User Story Agents while gathering valuable feedback for enhancements, influencing both adoption and operational efficiency within user teams.
