Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level AI Developer to join our team in Chennai on a full-time basis.

You will contribute to developing advanced AI solutions for digital customer engagements on messaging platforms. This role focuses on delivering business automation and intelligent, hyper-personalized experiences through state-of-the-art AI, NLP, and process automation technologies. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Python (Mandatory skill), with an ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code for AI and automation projects.

Deep knowledge and implementation experience in Deep Learning (Mandatory skill) to develop, train, and optimize neural network-based solutions. Hands-on expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) (Mandatory skill) for enhancing retrieval and generation tasks in AI-driven systems. Solid understanding of deploying and consuming Rest API, enabling integration with various messaging and automation platforms.

Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) including model fine-tuning, inference, and deployment for diverse business applications. Strong grasp of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for intent detection, conversational AI, and content analysis on messaging channels. Working experience with Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) in designing and optimizing AI models for real-world problems.

Practical knowledge of MySQL or SQL for managing structured data, enabling efficient data storage, querying, and retrieval in AI process automation workflows. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI models using Python, Deep Learning, and RAG for real-time business process automation on messaging channels. Integrate AI solutions with various digital platforms through robust REST APIs to enable seamless business communication and engagement.

Develop advanced NLP and LLM-based features to drive intent recognition for hyper-personalized digital journeys and responses. Apply ANN and CNN methodologies to solve business challenges across multiple industries such as banking, retail, healthcare, and logistics. Conduct rigorous model training, validation, tuning, and performance monitoring to maintain high accuracy and reliability in production environments.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions. Work with data engineers to ensure high-quality and relevant datasets for model development and optimization. Document AI systems, algorithms, and processes, ensuring clear knowledge transfer and maintaining best practices in code repositories and project management tools.
