AI Engineer The Role Seeking a product-minded engineer to embed directly in the business and build custom AI-powered internal tools. You will work closely with leadership and department heads, learn real workflows, and ship practical tools with a focus on correctness, reliability, and compliance. What You’ll Do Learn and document real workflows across HR, recruiting, accounting, billing, compliance, and operations Design and build custom internal tools using modern AI and LLMs Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted developmentOwn projects end-to-end and move quickly between initiatives Improve and harden existing internal tools Build systems that stitch together data, models, and logic end-to-end Partner closely with non-technical stakeholders What They’re Looking For Strong hands‑on engineering background Experience working with modern AI and LLM tools Comfortable building from scratch, not just configuring tools Strong product intuition and systems thinking Enjoys ambiguity, experimentation, and fast iteration #J-18808-Ljbffr
