AI Engineer

Hiring: AI Engineer Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada Employment Type: Fulltime Note: Note: Only candidates comfortable with face-to-face interviews should apply. We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Python, RAG, and MLOps to join a high-impact enterprise AI team. Required Skills Strong experience in Generative AI (GenAI) Expertise in Python Hands-on experience with LLMs : Google Gemini OpenAI Models Anthropic Claude Mistral Llama Strong experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Experience with MLOps & CI/CD Pipelines Kubernetes / OpenShift exposure preferred Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications. Build advanced RAG pipelines and LLM-based solutions. Work on prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and reusable AI workflows. Develop scalable AI services using Python frameworks and libraries. Deploy and manage AI models in production environments. Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, PG Vector, Mongo Atlas, and Neo4j. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Experience 8+–10 years of relevant IT experience. Strong foundation in: AI/ML NLP Neural Networks Data Science Statistics Hands-on experience with: LangChain LlamaIndex FastAPI PyTorch TensorFlow Transformers Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or ArgoCD.
