AI Engineer

Role: AI Engineer Experience - 6+ Years Location - Nagpur/Pune (WFO) Key Responsibilities Configure CoPilot Studio entities, topics, plugins/connectors, prompts; connect to approved data sources and APIs; implement guardrails, content filters, and access controls Advise customer data and BI teams on integrating AI capabilities into existing Databricks and Power BI (PBI) environments Work with data owners to provide security access; map schemas; integrate with M365, SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics, or approved line-of-business systems as needed Create test plans and datasets; run iterative user testing with the SME; measure precision/recall, containment, hallucination rate, latency, and user satisfaction; tune prompts and knowledge sources Design and implement AI-driven solutions to: Improve user experience across analytics platforms Enable automation of repetitive data and reporting tasks Reduce turnaround time for insights generation Build and deploy AI/ML models, including LLM-based applications and intelligent agents Leverage AI capabilities within Databricks for data processing, predictive analytics, and advanced insights Utilize Power BI tools such as Copilot and MCP (Model Context Protocol) for enhanced reporting and interactivity Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions within enterprise data ecosystems Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience as an AI Engineer / AI Consultant / Data & Analytics professional Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics workflows 6+ years in conversational AI, low-code/no-code platforms or applied product/automation; hands-on with CoPilot Studio and Power Automate Familiarity with the M365 ecosystem ; connecting to SharePoint/OneDrive, Dataverse, Dynamics, or REST/Graph APIs; understanding of authentication, permissions, and data lineage Rich experience in monitoring and optimizing CoPilot Studio performance Microsoft Ecosystem: Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse); Microsoft Graph; Azure OpenAI familiarity Scripting: Light scripting for data preparation or API glue (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) where allowed Working knowledge of Power BI , including Copilot and MCP capabilities Working knowledge of Databricks and AI integration with Databricks Working knowledge of privacy, security, and responsible AI practices in an enterprise context Experience with: Large Language Models (LLMs) AI Agents and orchestration frameworks MCP Servers and AI-driven architectures Solid understanding of data models and data structures Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strategic thinking with a focus on AI-driven transformation Continuous learning attitude toward emerging AI technologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences or Healthcare domains Familiarity with life science data models and industry-specific datasets
