AI Engineer

AI Engineer | Up to £130,000 | Remote | Full-Time We've partnered with a well-funded Web3 infrastructure company eliminating blockchain fragmentation to recruit an AI Engineer. Following a $20M Series A, they're scaling fast and need someone who can supercharge the org through intelligent systems, reporting directly to the CTO. You'll own the full AI stack; internal tooling, developer experience, customer-facing products, and everything in between, in a technically ambitious environment where your work has immediate, visible impact.

Key Responsibilities: Build AI-powered internal tooling and automation across all teams Enhance developer workflows with AI coding assistants and DX improvements Develop and maintain customer-facing AI systems and support pipelines Architect large-scale RAG and knowledge systems Design multi-agent and agent swarm architectures Manage LLM integration, model selection and cost/performance optimisation Fine-tune domain-specific LLMs and maintain observability (LangFuse, W&B) Build workflow automation pipelines with n8n and LangChain What We're Looking For: Proven track record shipping AI systems in production Strong Python, TypeScript and/or JavaScript Hands-on expertise with LangChain, n8n and RAG at scale LLM fine-tuning and multi-agent architecture experience Familiarity with MCP and modern AI tooling (Cursor, Claude) A product mindset: you identify what teams actually need and drive adoption Bonus: Voice AI/multimodal experience or open-source AI contributions If you want to build at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and Web3 infrastructure, with real ownership and outsized impact, this is the role for you.
