Job Description
We are looking for a AI Engineer to produce scalable and robust AI solutions for our clients and internally. At Enablis, we’re building a genuinely AI-native capability, embedding artificial intelligence into client delivery, internal platforms, and long-term strategy. This permanent, full-time AI Engineer role offers the opportunity to shape production-grade AI solutions in real-world environments, not just proofs of concept.
We’re a consultancy, so expect close collaboration with our customers, as such we expect you to be a team player with a knack for collaboration and communication. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve a production-ready AI platform Design and deliver AI-powered client solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent architectures, LLM integrations, and protocol-driven tooling Build scalable AI systems using modern software engineering best practice (clean code, testing, CI/CD) Develop internal AI tooling to accelerate engineering delivery Lead advanced AI knowledge-sharing sessions within internal upskilling initiatives Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, protocols, and tooling Support pragmatic AI adoption across multidisciplinary engineering teams Key Skills Strong software engineering foundations with a production mindset Proven hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including API integrations, prompt engineering, agent workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems Experience shipping AI-powered features into production environments Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages Familiarity with emerging AI tooling (e.g. MCP, A2A, Threads or similar) Consultancy or client-facing technology delivery experience Apply today Become an Enabler!
